About us
The people behind Fietskoerier Den Haag are Arthur and Niels. They feel very privileged to have managed to make a living out of their hobby: cycling. Apart from the bike messenger business they have launched some remarkable projects like the mobile bike repair shop, "cycling & the city" lessons and city tours by bike. They are also the hearts and minds behind www.fietsveilig.org, a non-commercial website about cycling safely. All these projects thrive on their warm attention but Fietskoerier Den Haag remains at the centre of their vocation. What they truly cherish are the joys that cycling across the city brings everyday: the freedom, the exercise, the fun.

Can you keep my package dry in heavy rains?
Yes. Some people may at some point have come across a speedy cyclist with a big black square bag on his back. These bags are specially designed for messengers; they are waterproof and durable … and part of Fietskoerier Den Haag's standard gear..
Is it possible to get a proof of receipt?
Every consignee has to sign a receipt when he accepts a package. Fietskoerier Den Haag keeps a copy of the receipt for seven years. The sender can get a copy on request.
How fast can you deliver?
It is proven that in city traffic nobody is faster then a bike messenger.
Do you deliver in other Dutch cities as well?
Fietskoerier Den Haag delivers throughout the Netherlands by bike, motorbike and car.
